Draft. The approved version replaces this text before live lead collection is enabled.
01What this page will cover
The approved privacy policy will describe exactly what information Deed Done collects, why it is collected, who processes it, how long it is kept, and how you can ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
Until that text is approved and published, live lead collection stays switched off. Nothing entered in the preview is transmitted or stored.
02Information the request form is designed to collect
Property address, and optionally the unit, property type, situation, timing, priority, and a short note you choose to write.
Your first name and a single contact detail: an email address or a phone number, depending on the reply method you select.
03How that information is intended to be used
To review the property, to reply to you using the method you chose, and to keep a record of the request.
Optional marketing updates are separate, unchecked by default, and never required in order to request a review. Choosing a contact preference is not permission for automated marketing or automated voice calls.
04Analytics
Product analytics are disabled in this build. When enabled, the adapter is restricted to non-personal event properties: never names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, or the contents of a note.
05Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and you can ask what we hold about you. Contact details are published here once the business inbox and phone number are live.
