About
A home-buying company built around clear decisions.
Deed Done is being built to make property sales easier to understand and easier to navigate. Technology helps organize the details. People remain responsible for property reviews, offers, and commitments.

People behind the process
A team member reviews the property and any offer.
These are proposed operating commitments held in the launch approval checklist, not claims about a track record.
What we're deliberately not doing
We're not promising the highest price, an instant number, or a closing date before anyone has seen the property. Those promises are easy to make and hard to keep, and a homeowner making a significant decision deserves better than that.
We're also not building the company around one person's story. The process, the disclosures, and the people accountable for each step matter more than a founder biography.
Where we fit, and where we don't
A property sale involves more than one party. It helps to know who is responsible for what, and who is on your side of the table.
- Deed Done
- Reviews the property, explains any offer, and is the buyer side of the conversation.
- Title company
- Reviews ownership and title and, where one is used, helps coordinate the closing.
- Attorney
- Advises you independently on the agreement, and on estate or legal questions.
- Accountant
- Advises you independently on any tax consequences of a sale.
- Real estate agent
- Lists and markets a property if you choose that path. We don't provide this service.
- You
- Decide whether any of it works for you.
Know who you're dealing with.
Before moving forward, you should know the company involved, its role in the transaction, who to contact, and what the agreement requires.
- Company
- Deed Done Home Buyers (legal entity pending)
- Role
- Our transaction-role disclosure is being finalized and will be published before we accept live requests. We are not a title company, notary, deed service, listing portal, or neutral advisor.
- Contact
- Requests are handled through the offer form until a published phone number and inbox are live.
- People
- A named team member reviews each property and any offer. Individual profiles are published once roles are confirmed.
- Planned markets
- Morgantown and Fairmont, West Virginia, with Monongalia and Marion counties, are proposed markets under review. They are not confirmed operating coverage.
